WASTE MANAGEMENT SERVICES
OPERATION OF VARIOUS RECYCLING/TRANSFER STATIONS HORSHAM
TENDER 23/029
This contract is for the provision of operational and management services at the Horsham Rural City Council Solid Waste Recycling/Transfer facilities including five (5) Rural Landfill establishments and Kenny Road as follows;
PART A Management and operation of Kenny Road Horsham Recycling/Transfer Station including recovery of recyclables;
PART B Management and operation of specific rural waste management facilities including transfer stations located at Quantong, Mt Zero, Toolondo, Jung and Pimpinio.
Only Tenders for the complete provision of services required will be considered.
The initial contract period is for one (5) year commencing 8 May 2023.
An option to extend the contract for a further period of four (1) single year terms may be offered at the sole discretion of Council, subject to specific conditions.
Tenders close at 12:00 pm, 22 March 2023
Tenders must be uploaded to the e Tender Portal on Council’s website at https://app.eprocure.com.au/horsham-rural-city-council/home in one zipped folder.
All enquiries regarding this Tender must be submitted through the electronic portal where the option to post a question is situated.
Questions relating to this Tender will be answered until 12:00 pm, 15 March 2023. Questions lodged post this time will not be responded to.
Council is not bound to accept any or lowest tender.
Late tenders will not be considered.
Tenders will only be accepted through Council’s e Tendering Portal.
