The Principal is seeking tenders for the provision of alterations and refurbishment to Western Swan Home Support at Lot 900 (43) Hull Way, Beechboro, WA 6063.

Briefing/Site Inspection:
Tenderers are required to attend a briefing and site inspection at 43 Hull Way, Beechboro, WA 6063 at 9:00 AM AWST, Tuesday 14 March 2023. Please confirm your attendance at this mandatory meeting via email to tenders@swan.wa.gov.au by no later than 4:00 PM AWST, Monday 13 March 2023. A register of attendees will be maintained for the meeting. Tenderers must register under the business name that they intend to submit their Offer under, in order for their Offer to be considered. Failure to attend this meeting may render the Tenderer ineligible to respond.
