This Invitation to Supply (ITS) outlines Museums Victoria’s objectives and expectations in relation to the provision of Pedestrian Openings Maintenance Services to all Museums Victoria sites.

The required maintenance contract will include but not be limited to the provision of specialised Pedestrian Openings services to perform asset identification, asset condition auditing, asset lifecycle planning, minor projects, routine statutory and regulatory maintenance, corrective maintenance (adjustment, repair, replacement, inspection, measurement and testing of the Equipment), attendance to Call-Outs and reporting to Museums Victoria of all Pedestrian Openings Maintenance Systems at the following sites:-

• Melbourne Museum (MM)
• Melbourne Museum Carpark
• IMAX Theatre
• Royal Exhibition Building (REB)
• Immigration Museum (IM)
• Merri-Bek Annexe Storage Facility (MA)
• Scienceworks (SW)

This ITS seeks the provision of Pedestrian Openings Maintenance Services to satisfy Museums Victoria’s requirements and be the sole single provider
