Brisbane City Council (Council) is undertaking a significant program of works relating to its SAP ERP environment over the next 5-7 years, including a major upgrade of the current ECC 6.0 technology.

This Panel Refresh activity seeks to expand existing capability within the SAP Delivery Panel to achieve a competitive field of suppliers who are specialists with SAP S/4HANA and specific functional capability to support the program of works. Future works will be presented to the expanded SAP Delivery Panel through Request for Quote processes.

Suppliers not yet registered on Council's supplier portal must register on the Supplier Self-registration Page to be able to access or respond to Council's tenders. A market briefing is scheduled to be held via Teams at 3:00pm AEST Monday 27 February 2023. To attend, request a calendar invite no later than 12:00 noon AEST 24/02/2023 by emailing OS-IS-ICTProjectSourcing@brisbane.qld.gov.au quoting "SAP Delivery Panel Refresh - Industry Briefing" in the subject line. Ensure you include the email addresses of all parties from your organisation who wish to attend. The briefing will be recorded and made available on Council's Supplier Portal on Tuesday 28 February.
