Kingston City Council (KCC) is seeking to appoint a qualified and experienced consultant to undertake data capture and condition assessment of its building within the municipality. The last condition audit on Council's buildings was completed in 2020 and is now due for re-assessment. The City of Kingston owns 355 buildings (Refer Appendix B for listing of Building Stock with approximate areas) which support the provision of services to its community.
These include recreation centres, pavilions, aged care facilities, child-care facilities, community facilities, libraries, public toilets, depots, town halls, commercial buildings, residential buildings and other miscellaneous buildings.
