Tender Description
The services the subject of this RFT are for the provision of Event Equipment Hire.
The Contractors appointed by Council will be responsible for providing all the services detailed within the contract which includes, but is not limited to:
- Temporary Infrastructure
- Small to large marquees (clear spans and pagodas & variety) for various stalls, activities & backstage
- Furniture including chairs, tables, furnishings, display boards, trestles, catering equipment, Lounge/occasional furniture
- Staging
- Shade structures
- Picket fencing options
- Flooring
- Specialty furniture (i.e. pallet and other)
The objectives of this RFT are to appoint a panel of suitably qualified and experienced
Contractors who have the capability to quote, coordinate and deliver temporary
infrastructure for the events included as part of Council’s major events calendar:
