Tender Description
The Tender Contract requires the selected Contractor to undertake construction of a new Front of House Entry Building, surrounding pavements and drainage, fencing both new and repaired. The new building will house staff areas, staff toilet, first aid, kiosk and control, and entry foyer with gate control. The works will also require a new free standing external main switch board to the site. This work needs to be undertaken by experienced contractors who can evidence similar contracting work within the Bourke region as well as working for Local Government.
The proposed works will include earth works (all demolition will be completed by BSC), construction of a building floor slab, lightweight steel building envelope, Arcpanel insulated sandwich panel roof system, FC cladding, secure roller shutters, aluminium framed windows and doors, control/kitchen joinery, inverter evaporative coolers, kiosk exhaust system, entry control gate and turnstile, kitchen equipment and fitout, new and reinstated fencing.
