Tender Description
Brisbane Move is seeking EOIs from suitably qualified companies for the Extruded Concrete Barrier works within the Adelaide St Tunnel.
The awarded Subcontractor will be responsible for the whole of the infrastructure scope of works therefore partial scopes submissions may not be considered.
The scope of works comprises, but is not limited to, the following:
Inclusions
o Provision of method statements and documentation to meet the requirements and satisfaction of the stakeholders, including TMR and BCC
o Methods of construction and access requirements
o Allowance for out of hours work
o Provide all labour, supervision, plant, materials and equipment to complete the works
o Completion of all works to relevant TMR standards including provision for development of ITP’s
o Supply and Install of 7 wire ordinary 12.7-1870-relax 2 strands as per TMR Std DRG 1468
o Supply and Install of 100mm conduits cast into barriers
o Supply and Install of various size SS dowels (24mm – 28mm)
o Supply of various small construction materials (compressible fillers, joint sealants)
o Pouring and finishing of S32 fibre concrete (MRTS70 / MRSD 1468)
o Edge thickening detail where required
o All joints including longitudinal, transverse, sawn, dowelled, butt edge, isolation
Exclusions
o Traffic management
o Communication with stakeholders
o Heritage, DA and BA approvals
o Site facilities (ablution and crib)
o Concrete supply
