The Council is dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for residents and visitors through sustainable development and economic growth, partnering with reputable contractors to support ongoing projects.
Scenic Rim Regional Council (“Council” or “Principal”) is seeking tenders in response to this Request for Tender (“RFT”) for the construction works of multiple landslips on Knapp Creek Road (QLD 4285), as part of the Disaster Recovery Funding Arrangements (DRFA) program.
Council will be reconstructing sections of Knapp Creek Road, which had landslip damage from the November 2024 Scenic Rim Storms and Rainfall Event. Landslip chainages on Knapp Creek Road include; CH3190, CH3215, CH3680, CH5125, CH6370 and CH 9435. This is to ensure ongoing transport connectivity and safety for road users.
These works are funded under the Disaster Recovery Funding Arrangements (DRFA) guidelines administered by the Queensland Reconstructions Authority (QRA) with funding from the Queensland and Australian Governments
