Tender Description
The Rural City of Wangaratta (Council) is seeking quotations from experienced and highly qualified firms to provide and deliver training to staff members, approximately four hunderd (400), in Customer Service Excellence. This is part of its Customer Experience Strategy and our campaign to improve customer service across the organisation.
Key Outcomes
- Improve customer resposiveness from our staff
- Staff to take ownership of customer requests/enquires
- Staff to resolve/address the customer's questions or request
- Raise organisational awareness of expectations (Community Promise committments)
- Build and embed a strong customer service culture
