Tender Description
The City requires the services of a suitably qualified Building Company to replace the existing roof covering and patio to the Ned Myles Pavilion, the building is located at Hay Park, Socceroos Place, Bunbury WA.
The works shall include all incidental work necessary to complete the new roof cover replacement to this facility all within the extent of the scope of works, any drawings or drawing notes and specifications together with all Appendices provided.
Respondents are required to view the site before Responding to better inform themselves of the conditions under which the works are to be carried out. No claims will be accepted on any request for a cost variation arising from any item, which in the opinion of the Principal would have been evident at the site visit.
The Scope of Work includes but is not limited to;
a) Removal and disposal of the existing roof cladding including the patios, all flashings, guttering, insulation and down pipes;
b) Supply and installation of new Trimdeck Ultra roof cladding, including new guttering downpipes, flashings, deck tights and flume vents;
c) Removal of interior ceilings and replacement with colorbond corrugated sheeting including all flashings; and
d) Supply and Installation of new R1.5 Anti Con blanket with new galvanised wire mesh under new roof cladding.
