Tender Description
Development Victoria intends to engage a suitably qualified and experienced contractor to deliver a total of 174 front lot landscaping packages on Stages 27-29 within the estate.
Frontages of lots vary in size, and bidders are encouraged to address key delivery considerations to ensure the best possible outcome.
The successful bidder will be engaged under Development Victoria’s Minor Works Agreement, a copy of which will be included in the Request for Proposal documentation.

Bidders should be aware that this procurement is subject to the Local jobs First Policy.
