Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠The extent of works for this contract includes but is not limited to: 

 
The demolition of the existing toilet block and the construction renewal of the main toilet block at Moree Racecourse based on Concept Design for utilisation by Community and Commitee members of the Racecourse. 
 
The works comprise all work shown on the drawings and included in the specification.
