ABOUT THE DIOCESE of Maitland Newcastle: The Diocese of Maitland Newcastle represents the Catholic Church in a region extending from Lake Macquarie to Taree and as far inland as Merriwa and Murrurundi. A diocese is simply a community of Christ's faithful; it represents a portion of the people of God in a particular area, which is entrusted to a Bishop.
ABOUT THE EOI
The Catholic Diocese of Maitland Newcastle (CDMN) invites Respondents to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) for the Textile Rooms & GLAs – project at St Joseph's College, Lochinvar, as per the terms and conditions set out in this EOI.
In participating in the EOI process and in submitting an EOI, the Respondent agrees to be bound by this EOI.

CLOSING DATE AND TIME
Expression of Interest closes at 5pm AEST on the 17th of July 2026. Submissions must be fully received by this time. The Diocese of Maitland Newcastle is not bound to accept the lowest priced Tender or all or any part of a Tender and reserves the right to conduct the Request for Tender process and select the successful respondent(s) as it sees fit
