Tender Description
Wellington Shire Council invites suitably qualified contractors to tender for Roof maintenance works for the Sale Oval Social Rooms in Sale and the Gordon St Recreation Reserve Stadium in Heyfield. Works include installation of compliant roof access systems and replacement of guttering, flashing and corroded fixings.
Additional works for Gordon Street Stadium include replacement of minor amount of Laserlite sheeting and replacement of Fascia timber.
The date for practical completion is 18 April 2023.
