Tender Description
On 30 November 2022, Council lodged a Development Application (DA147/2022) for the construction of a Sport and Recreation Centre (LCSRC). The proposed redevelopment will cater for local and elite sport training and competition, as well as meeting community leisure and recreation needs as part of the Sport and Recreation Precinct.
Council is seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI's) from a suitably experienced and skilled Head Contractor for the LCSRC with major works commencing in August 2023.
Following assessment of the EOI submissions a shortlist of contractors will be invited to participate in a formal Request for Tender (RFT). This Expression of Interest (EOI Phase) is the first stage in a selective tender in accordance with of the Local Government Act (NSW) 1993 and Local Government (General) Regulation 2021.
