Tender Description
Parks Victoria are implementing a multi-category construction panel for construction throughout Victoria. The Panel will comprise the following categories (Tenderers will be required to nominate preferences):
- Aboriginal Businesses in Construction;
- General Commercial Construction;
- Road and Bridge Infrastructure;
- Maritime Works; and
- Prefabricated Buildings and Accommodation.
For each category, minor works categories (up-to $3 million), and major works categories (above $3 million), will be stipulated for preference by Tenderers. Tenderers will be required to provide their nominated regions of supply as part of their Tender submission.
The intended term of the Panel will be 3+1+1 years – with the intent to option review after the initial 3-year term.
