Tender Description
Expressions of Interest are invited from registered commercial Building Companies for building works to St Augustine's Primary School,58-64 Burke Street, Maryborough.
The works comprise of replanning/ refurbishment (240m2) to the Administration building to provide new Reception and Offices, along with new addition (160m2) to provide new staff facilities.
Further refurbishments include alterations to classrooms to improve connections to the passage. Internal refurbishment works to the current Library space to accommodate 2 new classrooms (145m2). Construction is anticipated to commence early 2023.
Email registrations outlining availability to Tender, capability and relevant experience, limited to two A4 pages, shall be received at the following address prior to 2:00pm on Friday 20th January 2023 (from which, a shortlist of Tenderers shall be prepared).
