Tender Description
Northern Health is seeking expression of Interest from suitably qualified and experienced contractor for construction works across 3 sites. This is a 2 – Stage tender process consisting of an EOI and A Request for Tender (RFT). Only shortlisted tenderers from the EOI stage will be invited to the RFT stage of the tender process.
Below are the three-construction project/sites:
- MRI Suite and Ultrasound/Consult rooms – Broadmeadows Hospital
- Nuclear Imaging department including PET/CT scanner – Northern Health Epping
- Anatomical Pathology Laboratory – Northern Health Epping
Closing Date/Time for Tenders
EOI Submissions must be lodged in the nominated Tender Box by no later than 2.00 p.m. (local Melbourne time) on Friday 3rd February 2023. Late submissions, or submissions not received in the nominated tender box by the Closing Date/Time for Tenders, will not be accepted.
Expected Project Timelines
The required practical completion dates are as follows:
- MRI suite and Ultrasound at Broadmeadows Hospital: Ultrasound precinct including reporting: 22/09/2023
- PET CT Scan facility for Radiology Department (Epping): Reporting and admin precinct:30/09/2023
- Anatomical Pathology Laboratory at Northern Hospital Epping: All areas: 21/11/2023
- MRI suite and Ultrasound at Broadmeadows Hospital: MRI precinct with admin: 21/11/2023
- PET CT Scan facility for Radiology Department (Epping): Patient workflow area precinct: 21/11/2023
