Tender Description
Rous County Council is seeking a Schedule of Rates (SoR) tender from suitably qualified control systems integration contractors for the provision of a range of services related to the operation, maintenance, and upgrade of councils industrial control systems.
The period of this contract will be a one (1) year term with an option of a further two (2) periods of two (2) years each. Based on performance, the contract could potentially be over a period of five (5) years. The contract requires a schedule of rates for normal time and overtime. The exercising of any extension option is subject to satisfactory performance by the Contractor and exercised at the sole discretion of Council. Council is seeking to use this Request for Tender as a basis for entering into a Contract with the preferred Tenderer.
