The Department of Environment, Land, Water and Planning (DELWP) invites tender submissions from a suitably qualified organisation with relevant experience to provide the Department with roller door, roller shutter, automatic doors and automatic gate maintenance services for its regional Victorian properties. Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) is the Principal’s Representative, and the contracted Facilities Manager for the Department.

The prospective engagement will be for a contracted term of 3 years with an option for 1 year.

DELWP will be moved into the Department of Energy, Environment and Climate Action (DEECA) from 1 January 2023.

Tenderer’s must tender for the provision of services to either one, multiple or all complete regions as a minimum. Tenders submitted for specific sites comprising less than a complete region will be considered non-conforming and will not be assessed.

The successful tenderer will be engaged to provide roller door, roller shutter, automatic doors and automatic gate maintenance services within the property portfolio (predominately located in regional Victoria).  This includes all equipment involved with the proper operation of the roller doors.

The emphasis for the tasks is to identify minor problems and perform the necessary rectification to ensure against the problem developing into a major fault, which will result in disruptions to Departmental business processes and may be costly to repair.
