Wellington Shire Council is seeking a contractor to design and construct a new public toilet block on Shoreline Drive, Golden Beach.

Scope

The scope includes:

  • Design and construction of a new public toilet block comprising 3 female cubicles, 3 mens cubicles and 1 assisted cubicle
  • Provision of disabled access
  • Demolition of the existing toilet facilities
  • Provision of temporary amenities during construction
