Tender Description
The Territory requires the services of an experienced and specialist Program Consultant to undertake a comprehensive review of program information, report on project performance against program, review and advise on claims from contractors and provide ongoing programming advice to the Territory. The Program Consultant must be available to understand the Projects’ plans and instruct documentation of findings into a developed Master Project Program with special consideration for key project packages (i.e. Package 1, 2 and 3).
