Tender Description
Strathfield Council invites EOIs from suitable businesses to lease its office unit and eleven car spaces at 1/29 – 35 Burlington Road, Homebush, NSW 2040
Council is interested in gauging interest in the above proposal. Subject to an evaluation of submissions, Council may at its discretion then undertake a selective tender for the project accordingly.
