Tender Description
Works under this contract will involve the execution of various civil engineering works including:
- excavation;
- pavement construction;
- asphalt;
- drainage works; and
- earthworks.
The Contractor will be required to provide and/or manage all labour, equipment, materials and resources necessary to execute the works required.
The Principal possesses its own internal engineering works crews and has entered into a number of existing supporting contracts. Consequently, works will be offered to the Contractor when the Principal’s own crews are unavailable.
The Works undertaken as part of this contract will be minor in nature, with each individual project’s value likely to be less than $250,000 excluding GST. Although relatively minor in intended scope, the associated risks around working in a built-up environment remain and require assessment and consideration for each site and the works involved.
No tender briefing will be held.
