Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠The Scope of Services included in this EOI is to assist Placemaking NSW build upon the work completed to date and assist with progressing the following key activities:

• Prepare a Bays West Strategic Business Case to facilitate approval by the NSW Government and provide a clear funding strategy for future Final Business Cases.

• Develop a Final Business Case to gain funding approval for the first investment phase of the Bays West Precinct (Stage 1).

• Progress Master Planning activities for Rozelle Bay.
