Summary
The Paediatrics & Child Health Division (PCHD) Basic Training Committee seeks expressions of interest for a DPE representative.
Description
The Paediatrics & Child Health Division Basic Training Committee oversees the implementation of College Education Policies in the Paediatrics & Child Health Division Basic Training program nationally. This includes accreditation, examinations and supervision. The Committee also works collaboratively with Directors of Paediatric Education and relevant Aotearoa New Zealand Committees.
Members are appointed to the Committee for an initial 3-year term with the option to renew for a further term.
The Committee reports to the Paediatrics & Child Health Division Education Committee (PDEC) and holds 1 face-to-face meeting in Sydney and 4 video conferences a year.
