Tender Description
Central Coast Council (the Principal) has suffered damage to several pieces of infrastructure due to natural disaster events during 2020 to 2022. The Principal has an estimated 70 to 100 natural disaster impacted projects requiring completion, in addition there are several projects as part of the Capital Works Program. All projects are scheduled to be completed within the period 2023 to 2026. The Principal has secured funding for the natural disaster projects through Transport for NSW. Funding for the Capital Works Program is from The Principal's Capital Works Budget.
The Disaster Recovery and Capital Works Project Delivery Panel is being established to execute most of these projects.
Council is seeking to use this Request for Tender as a basis for entering a Panel Contract with the preferred Tenderers.
