⁠⁠⁠ The University of Adelaide, established in 1874, has over 25,000 students and 3,500 staff and researchers. The University has a strong reputation internationally as a leading research and teaching institution.

ABOUT THE TENDER

Principal Consultancy Services are required for the 115 Grenfell Street Refurbishment project.

PACE up until recently have had occupation of two floors for learning and teaching in 115 Grenfell Street, Level 9 & 11. As Level 9 was relinquished, so did the reception touch point and numerous teaching spaces. With the welcomed re-introduction of ESL students undertaking courses at UoA PACE require the reception touch point to be re-instated on Level 11 along with the conversion of an existing computer pool into a flexible teaching space. A storeroom is also re-located in this planning to further augment the flexible teaching space and provide a more efficient layout for classes.

The key outcomes the University seeks to achieve are:
1.1 A welcoming entrance to Level 11
1.2 Increase the utilisation on Level 11 for learning & teaching
1.3 Consolidated space on Level 11
