The Department of Defence is seeking a contractor for Project S-EST10528, the refurbishment and upgrade of the DSTG Edinburgh building in South Australia.

Scope

The scope includes:

  • Architectural refurbishment and upgrade works
  • Structural refurbishment and upgrade works
  • Electrical refurbishment and upgrade works
  • Mechanical refurbishment and upgrade works
  • Hydraulic refurbishment and upgrade works
  • Fire protection refurbishment and upgrade works
  • General improvement works
