Expressions of interest are sought for the use of the space at:
· DPIRD Marine Fish Hatchery, Fremantle, 1 Fleet St, Fremantle, WA, 6160.
Closing date for submissions 4:00pm 16 December 2022 date by email to wayne.howell@dpird.wa.gov.au
• Aquaculture research area, subject to proposed project and DPIRD’s requirements.
• Applicants must have Aquaculture related businesses with a research/innovation approach.
• Office area of approx. 30m2, on an as-is basis, and may require some fit-out and refurbishment.
• Term of occupation up to 3 years, with a further 5-year period at the sole discretion of the lessor.
• Respondents to provide a detailed application addressing selection criteria.
• The best or any offer may not necessarily be accepted.
