Tender Description
T282223HUN Panel of Providers for the Provision of Surveying Services to Dungog Shire Council on an 'as required' basis for a period of 24 months from 1 April 2023 to 31 March 2025 with provision for a 12-month option as stated in Clause 2.3 of the Deed of Agreement. Services include but are not limited to:
Identification Surveys, Peg Outs, Plans of Acquisition, Road Closure Plans, Detailed Surveys, Contour Surveys, Survey and Design for projects, Plans for Easements, preparation for 88B instruments and Associated registration work with NSW Land Registry Services.
INVITATION: Any person/company willing to fulfil the requirements of the proposed contract is invited to submit a tender to Regional Procurement via the Electronic Tender Box (see option below) before the deadline at 10.00am on Tuesday 17 January 2023.
Tenderers must ensure they follow the Instructions and Lodgement Method in the Invitation to Tender document. Responsibility for lodgement of completed tender documents by the deadline lies solely with the Tenderer. Tenderers are advised that participating Councils are not bound to accept the lowest Tender or any Tender submitted.
