Tender Description
Scope of Work
Rio Tinto requires the services of a qualified and capable vendor to deconstruct the existing Car Dumper CD1C and associated Conveyor CO1 fixed assets.
The scope can be defined by 13 key work packages:
a. Car Dumper CD1C deconstruction;
b. Conveyor CO1 deconstruction and investigative works;
c. Plant Substation 5 deconstruction;
d. Dust collector DC07 – Bag house deconstruction;
e. Car Dumper CD1C backfill;
f. Rail deconstruction and end stop installation;
g. Transfer station TS1 and Conveyor CO4 head chute modifications;
h. Civil/Earthworks;
i. Rail communications modifications;
j. Contaminated soil remediation and investigation;
k. Rehabilitation works;
l. Car dumper cell display; and
m. Substation 3 and Substation 4 modifications.
