Tender Description
You are invited to submit a lump sum quotation to undertake detailed site concept designs for an area of land known as the ‘Recreational Uses and Market Site’, within the adopted ‘Port of Sale Master Plan Review (2021)’ (the Master Plan). The site is located within the Port of Sale Precinct and is approximately 23,000m2 in area. The aim of the project is to facilitate the integrated and coordinated future development of the site in accordance with the recommendations of the Master Plan.
The process undertaken should include consultation with current and future recreational users, a review of site limitations and preparation of detailed site concept designs to holistically cater for the identified users and further activate the space.
The requirements of this work are outlined within the attached Scope of Works/Specification.
