Tender Description
This Contract is to provide Council with the trade services involved for the supply of plumbing, electrical, data cabling, radio communications, painting and the mechanical maintenance of air-conditioning plant and equipment. It is intended that both new work and maintenance work may be sought.
Council has a diverse range of buildings and infrastructure located within its Local Government boundary encompassed by this Contract. The diversity can be demonstrated by the fact that Council owns and operates a number of facilities and buildings including an Airport, Livestock Marketing Centre, Sewage Treatment Works/pump stations, Cemetery, Waste Management Centre, Aquatic Centre, Parks & associated facilities and Mechanical Workshop as well as associated Depots.
The Contract period will be from 1 April 2023 until 31 March 2024, with 3 x 12 month extension periods available to Council at its absolute discretion.
