The National Survey of Community Satisfaction with Policing (NSCSP) is an annual survey commissioned by the Australia New Zealand Policing Advisory Agency (ANZPAA) on behalf of Australian police jurisdictions. Funding for the NSCSP is provided by each Australian State/Territory (police jurisdiction) that are parties to the existing contract in accordance with an agreed cost sharing model developed and administered by ANZPAA. ANZPAA manages the NSCSP survey contract on behalf of the participating policing jurisdictions and coordinates the public tender process of the NSCSP. ANZPAA is seeking to engage an ISO 20252 standard (market, social and opinion research) service provider to conduct and manage the NSCSP (the Survey). The Survey is to be conducted for and across all States and Territories of Australia.

Information provided by the survey is used to contribute to a public report card, The Report on Government Services (RoGS), on the performance of Australian governments in the delivery of important services to the community including justice/policing. Information provided by the survey is also used for performance reporting at state levels in accordance with individual jurisdictional requirements.
