The AlburyCity Economic Development team is seeking a fit-for-purpose Customer Relationship Management System (CRMS) to manage investment enquiries and ongoing engagement with our business community.
The establishment of a CRMS will help improve our stakeholder relationships through enhanced efficiency, tracking, access to information and communication. It will allow for the combination of a sales and an engagement focus.
