ABOUT THE TENDER
Principal Consultancy Services are required for the Brailsford Robinson Animal House project.
This project addresses the need for a centralised core breeding facility and capacity increase in 2022/2023 to support the high-impact research conducted by the University of Adelaide and SAiGENCI. The demand for the expansion of the animal facilities available is due to the increase of research activity within the current established research groups and the introduction of SAiGENCI research groups throughout 2023.
The key outcomes the University seeks to achieve are:
- - Establish a Centralised Core Rodent Breeding Facility
- - Increase the current housing capacity of rodents used for biomedical research purposes
- - House an animal testing radiation capability for the CRREI group alongside the core breeding facility
