Tender Description
Southern Grampians Shire Council seeks submission from experienced and qualified contractors for building construction and civil works to upgrades facilites at Melville Oval, Hamilton, Victoria.
The contract has been structured into separable portions. Council invites submissions from tenderers to submit responses for either both or one of the portions.
Separable Portion 1 - Buildings
Separable Portion 2 - Netball courts and associated lighting, shelter, playground,roadworks and remaining items.
Council has a fixed budget for each of the Separable Portions and welcomes innovation that will deliver the required works for the funding available and in addition could deliver other benefits to the community such as long-term cost savings or improved functionality.
Tender Information Session
A non-compulsory tender information session will be held on site at Melville Oval on Wednesday 30th November 2022 at 11:00am.
