Tender Description
Existing turnout infrastructure and associated components within the ARTC Hunter Valley rail network are scheduled for replacement and/or upgrade. These works are part of the Annual Works Programme (AWP) to be delivered in FY24 and FY25.
FY24 have been chosen to be assessed and awarded within this tender process for two (2) Separate Portions.
Those Contractors who are successful in being placed on a "panel" of pre-qualified contractors will for subsequent year's work be issued a preliminary scope by ARTC as it becomes available and be invited to price that under competitive arrangements.
A Mandatory RFT Briefing will be held on Monday 28th November 2022 commencing at 1500 hrs. The mandatory briefing will be held via Microsoft Teams. The briefing invitation and link will be issued separately. To register intent to attend the mandatory RFT Briefing, email GPeterson2@artc.com.au by no later than close-of-business Thursday 24th November 2022.

RFT enquiries should be directed via the online forum. Please note the RFT Forum will close three days (3) prior to the actual RFT Close date.
SUBMISSIONS:
This RFT uses two (two) tender boxes. Documents are to be submitted as follows:
1) The first RFT Document requirements is "06882 Sec B Part 1" is to be used to submit Section B Part 1 - RFT Commercial Response and Price Schedules into tender box 1; and
2) The second RFQ Document requirements "06882 Sec B Part 2" is to be used to submit Section B Part 2 - Non-Price Technical Response Schedules and all other RFQ Documentation into tender box 2.
