Elong Elong Underbridge Replacement 517.410 km

⁠⁠⁠ABOUT THE TENDER: Australian Rail Track Corporation (ARTC) is seeking tenders from competent contractors to provide materials and services to undertake replacement of Elong Elong Underbridge Replacement 517.410 km.

The Scope of Works for the Underbridge Replacement generally entails the following and should be read in conjunction with the IFC Design Documents and Tender Documents: 

Works:

• Mobilisation, Site Establishment and Maintenance of the Site,

• All Planning and Project Management of the works (Resourcing, management, etc),

• Construction of 10 Bored Piles subject to agreement of a safe methodology for piling,

• All temporary works required to facilitate substructure construction,

• Construction of the Substructure (Abutments 1 and 2, including Wingwalls, Pier 1, including headstocks),

• Supply and storage of all precast concrete elements,

• Supply and storage of all Steel walkway and Handrail components,

• Track removal,

• Demolition of any remaining structure and disposal of the existing structure,

• Installation of all precast concrete elements,

• Installation of all Steel walkway and Handrail components,

• Abutment reconditioning (Abutments 1 and 2),

• Track rebuild including installation of ballast, new concrete sleepers, new rail and associated jewellery,

• All other earthworks required (Scour protection, embankment shaping), and

• Demobilisation and Handover of site.

ENQUIRIES: Tender enquiries should be directed via the online forum. Please note the Tender Forum will close three days (3) from the actual Tender Close date.

SUBMISSIONS: Completed responses must be submitted via the electronic tender box. This Tender uses two (2) tender boxes. Documents submitted as follows:

1) The first tenderer document "07819 Part A Commercial" is to be used to submit Section B Part 1 Commercial Schedules into tender box 1; and

2) The second tenderer document "07819 Part B Technical" is to be used to submit Section B Part 2 Technical Schedules and all other Tender documentation into tender box 2.

Respondents will receive a Successful Submission Receipt timed and dated upon completion.
