City of Ballarat is seeking tender from suitably qualified contractor to put their tender for the detailed design of Sebastopol Community Hub Project. The core scope of the project is demolition of two existing buildings, childcare center and senior citizen center and the construction of new multipurpose facility which will include the kindergarten facility, community meeting spaces, outdoor spaces for kindergarten facility and community hub to accommodate diverse range of users.
