Parks Victoria has a significant project pipeline that requires the Construction Works in various locations across the state.
Parks Victoria is seeking to set up a Construction Works/Services Panel. The intended term of the Panel will be 3+1+1 years – with the intent to option review after the initial 3-year term. The Panel is intended to be a category-based panel meaning single or multiple services can be selected at a time for a supplier(s) to undertake a Work Order.
The Panel will comprise multiple categories for suppliers to nominate preferences, for example:
- Commercial Builders per geographical region – Western, Northern, Eastern and Metropolitan.
- A maritime infrastructure category will also be included
- A road and bridge category may be considered
