DevelopmentWA is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified contractor to undertake the following activities on the Site:
- Mobilise and set up on site to prepare for the quarrying & earthworks operations in accordance with the Development Approval and the Extractive Industries licence.
- Assist in the transfer of the licensed premise approval from DMIRS/DWER for the current license holder to the new entity (successful tender) for the extraction of natural resources primarily limestone (for all forms of construction including roadbase, rock spalls, stabilised limestone and other), lime sand and, if relevant, sand; and
- Carrying out of earthworks for the purposes of future industrial subdivision development to specified finished levels, in association with the extraction of limestone, lime sand and other quarrying activities.
