Overview
Programmed Facility Management Pty Ltd (PFM), on behalf of the Department of Housing and Works (DHW) and the Department of Education (DOE), is seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake new staff carpark construction at Woodlands Primary School.
Scope
The scope includes but is not limited to:
- Demolition of existing elements
- Civil works
- Construction of a new car park
- Associated earthworks
- Drainage
- Kerbing
- Retaining walls
- Signage
Site Inspection
A site visit will be held at 7 Bentwood Avenue, Woodlands on 26 June 2026 at 10:00 AM.
A non-mandatory site briefing will also be held at Woodlands Primary School.
