The available site is situated metres from the Precinct’s carpark directly off Olinda-Monbulk Rd, in a prime position through to the recently constructed Olinda Playspace; a massive nature-based family haven, with stunning views of Silvan Dam. Since opening in 2019, the Olinda Playscape has attracted more than 100,000 visitors annually.
