Tender Description
The objective of the procurement is to obtain a fully integrated property management system for the ongoing management of a significant part of the ACT Government’s property estate and to meet the specifications to support effective property management.
The system would manage buildings, leases, assets, financial payments and revenue, facilities and estate management and overall enable management of properties and leases consistent with relevant policies, legislation and where applicable best practice.
The system should:
- increase work efficiency and accuracy, improved reporting and transparency on the management of the estate;
- meet emerging ACTPG’s property business needs;
- have flexibility to cater for property management changes;
- improve communication and information flow between different functions; and
- allow for internal and external stakeholders, including but not limited to contractors, customers, tenants and other ACT Government Directorates.
