Tender Description
For some time during rain events it has been evident that issues with the roof on this facility are allowing water ingress that is causing damage to the Building, a slipping hazard and inconvenience to the Occupants. Council is looking for a report, recommendation and proposal to remedy the leaking.
Contractors are required to provide their recommendation and proposal along with a lump sum price to complete all of the work identified in their proposal.
Contractors will be engaged under Council’s standard Purchase Order terms included at the end of this document.
Those Tendering must be able to commit to completing the work by February 28 2023 weather permitting.
