Tender Description
The Council is seeking responses to this Request for Tender (RFT) 2223-013 for the provision of the construction of a new carpark and access road at the Eltham Central Oval located at 18 Panther Place, Eltham VIC 3095.
The project involves the formal construction of new car park areas and access ring road around the Eltham Central Oval. Works will include asphalt road pavement, kerb and channel, footpaths, underground drainage, raised road humps, line marking, signage and other associated works.
The Council is seeking to appoint a single provider to deliver the Works.
The works are expected to commence with materials procurement and project planning to commence mid-December 2022, followed by construction commencing as early as possible in January 2023 with completion prior to the end of March, 2023. Works will be required to be staged to ensure at least part of the existing parking and access is available throughout the project to ensure the activities on the oval, at the pavilion and the Eltham Child Care Co-op can continue throughout the construction period. The Eltham Childcare Co-op will be open and operational through the works.
It is intended that the new contract arrangement will commence on or around 16 December, 2022 with an intended practical completion date of no later than 31 March, 2023
