In order to ensure that Yarra Valley Water continue to meet the OH&S compliance obligations as well as to ensure a reliable service to customers, a program is required to undertake upgrades of the electrical switchboards where critical hazards and non-compliant issues have been found. As part of this work, these electrical switchboards will be upgraded and new boards installed to address the non-compliance hazards and to improve the operational reliability and prevent future safety electrical hazards.
The work includes early engagement, constructibility inputs, design, fabriaction and installation, testing and commissioning.
The procurement process will firstly involve calling for Expressions of Interest (EOI) from interested parties in order to identify suitable proponents and then inviting those shortlisted tenderers to participate in a Request for Tender (RFT) for the services.
